Discovery & Design

Tooling
We have three different methods of creating forging dies to meet your specifications:
- Hobbing
- Direct CNC milling
- Electrical discharge machining
Each of these methods are used to bring you the exact geometry to give you the competitive edge for your application.
Forging
Using one of our 10 belt drop forging hammers, our operators have the control and skill to be able to deliver the precision that your product requires.
Heat Treat
Having five annealing ovens gives us the capacity to manage heat treating of multiple materials simultaneously to the proper specifications. Achieving a full anneal allows us to cold-trim; resulting in a better flash line.
Trim
Our trim shop is filled with presses with varying tonnage to deliver the strength required to trim your forgings with precision.
Ship
Owning and maintaining all of these processes in-house means that your parts can leave the dock faster than our competitors.
